Richard Clegg is a Partner of Wolf Theiss working throughout Central & Eastern Europe and South Eastern Europe. Richard has particular specialization and expertise across the regulated sectors, and regularly advises companies at Board level on regulatory and compliance matters, often in sensitive circumstances. His career experience includes advising on transaction, regulatory and compliance aspects of internationally significant infrastructure, telecom and energy matters. Richard has held senior positions in industry and private equity, as an M&A partner with an industrial and infrastructure fund, and as the Group General Counsel and Group Investment Director of a national telecommunications company. He was educated at University College London, The College of Law and INSEAD and is an English qualified solicitor and Bulgarian registered foreign lawyer.
Georg Kresbach has been partner at Wolf Theiss since 1996 and heads the firm-wide Intellectual Property & Information Technology practice group. He is an internationally renowned expert in intellectual property law (including trademarks, patents, and copyright issues), outsourcing, IT-law combined with in-depth expertise when it comes to competition, multimedia and internet. Acting for clients both in Austria and abroad, Georg has profound cross-border experience and is well-acquainted with the CEE/SEE market. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA), MARQUES, the Licensing Executive Society (LES) and the International Bar Association (IBA), and regularly publishes articles in national and international journals, books, newspapers and magazines
